Job Placement
The Profil Foundation Profil people with health impairments in jobs.
The location analysis, clarification of references, and comparison of self-assessment and external assessment form the basis for placement. Where possible, a precise and suitable placement is prioritized. In close cooperation with the employer, we support individuals at their workplace. Through targeted job coaching and consultation, we also support the company. We foster a collaborative and appreciative relationship with our partners and provide transparent updates on the progress towards agreed objectives.

Staff Leasing
The Profil Foundation Profil people with health impairments or disabilities.
Profil also a temporary employment agency. We are a member of Swissstaffing and operate an SQS-certified temporary employment agency. This can be a relief for employers: they have the opportunity to employ potential employees in their company and assess whether permanent employment is a possibility for up to one year. Profil assumes the employer risks and administrative costs during this period.

The consequences of an illness or accident can significantly alter an employee's performance capacity.
The Profil Foundation's advisors Profil with employers Profil measures for continuing to employ staff who are no longer able to work at full capacity for health reasons. The earlier interventions take place in the existing workplace, the greater the chance that employment can be maintained and valuable skills remain within the company.

Educational Support
The advisors at the Profil Foundation Profil young adults with health impairments during their studies, in their search for a training position, and in concluding an apprenticeship contract.
Job coaches support learners throughout their entire training period. This stabilizes the apprenticeship relationship and eases the burden on the training company. For example, students receive support with structuring their daily routines, acquiring learning techniques, or managing exam anxiety. After successfully completing their training, job coaches work with the young professionals to develop a follow-up solution and support them in their transition into professional life.
