The Profil Arbeit & Inklusion Foundation is a foundation of Pro Infirmis Switzerland. We promote the integration of people with health impairments or disabilities into the world of work and strengthen their position in professional life.
Our vision is an inclusive working environment (equality for people with disabilities in the workplace). The Profil Foundation Profil committed to ensuring that people with health impairments or disabilities continue to be employed in line with their abilities or find suitable employment or apprenticeships in the labor market. We also advise and support students during their training.

We Integrate Individuals
The Profil Foundation Profil established in 1999 by Pro Infirmiswith the aim of integrating people with disabilities or health impairments into the Swiss labor market. The foundation has been independent since 2007 and offers its services throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Profil a nationally recognized foundation for workplace integration and a member of Supported Employment Switzerland, Compasso, and Swissstaffing.
