Since 1999, the Profil Foundation is an active and successful partner in workplace integration for various social insurance providers, social services, cantons, social institutions, the Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO), and many private companies. Profil expert integration counseling and placement services based on supported employment throughout German-speaking Switzerland.
We undertake mandates for the placement and retention of individuals in employment who, due to health impairments, can no longer perform at their previous level or carry out their usual activities. Additionally, we offer preparatory measures to enhance their performance capabilities.
In addition, the Profil Foundation promotes Profil professional integration of young people with health impairments. To enable these young people to successfully complete vocational training and then transition into working life, the Profil Foundation offerssupported education (training support).
Important: All measures and services are implemented directly within the mainstream job market. This ensures successful and sustainable professional integration in many cases.
