Porsche Center Zurich Schlieren
For Kevin Cubisino, 30, a dream has come true! The former pizza delivery driver with no formal training could never have imagined that his hobby, car paint care, could one day become his profession. But thanks to the support of Profil , his career change Profil a success. Today, he polishes cars professionally at the Porsche Center in Schlieren and is overjoyed.
This was made possible thanks to the successful collaboration between Pedro A. Soares, integration advisor at Invalidenversicherung Aargau, Pascal Haller, head of bodywork and paint shop at Porsche Center Zurich Schlieren, and Mariette Casagrande, specialist advisor for work integration at the Profil Foundation.

Abilia Basel
Raquel E. Belliard, a 52-year-old woman from the Dominican Republic,
found herself unemployed after a restructuring and, despite numerous applications, was unable to find another job. Thanks to the support of Profil , she Profil gained a foothold as a career changer in the social sector as a companion for people with disabilities.
This success was made possible by the SECO 'Supported Employment' project, which targets individuals over 50 years of age whose eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits is soon to expire.

Procap Bern
Profil Arbeit & Inklusion won the Prix Printemps in September 2022 together with Insieme Bern and the Aarhus Foundation.
At the award ceremony, a film was shown featuring Cyrill Scheuber, who found Profil inclusive job at Procap Bern with the support of the Profil Foundation, and his employer Sophie Muralt.
Schulthess Clinic
Since childhood, Israel Chavez has suffered from irreversible visual impairment, optic nerve atrophy. His love for a Swiss woman led him to leave his native Mexico and try to find work in Switzerland. Israel was constantly afraid: he didn't want his employers to find out about his disability and fire him.
Finally, he turned to the Profil Foundation, which was able to find him a job in room service at the Schulthess Clinic. There, his employer and his teammates are now aware of his visual impairment.

Rogenmoser Butchery
Martin Fischer lives with a kidney donated by his father, as he has suffered from kidney dysfunction since childhood. Although disability insurance granted him a full pension, Martin enjoys working and wanted to return to the private sector, where he feels valued.
If he tells an employer about his disability pension, there is a risk that they will immediately back out and only see problems ahead. That is why Martin Fischer turned to the Profil Foundation Profil a mediator and now works happily at the Rogenmoser butcher's shop.

Haco AG
Bernard Ducrey was seriously injured in a car accident at the age of three, leaving him in a coma for six weeks. He received full disability benefits and worked in a sheltered workshop for five years, but wanted to return to the private sector. Profil him achieve this goal and found him a job at Haco AG.

University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland
Max Wiederkehr is highly qualified as a certified engineer, business manager, and interim manager. He worked around the clock, twelve hours a day, seven days a week. However, when his best friend took his own life, Max was completely incapacitated by burnout.
After a stay in hospital, he managed Profil to work with the help of disability insurance and the Profil Foundation. Today, Max Wiederkehr works at the FHNW, where he is able to put his expertise to excellent use in both teaching and project work.
