Pascal Haller enabled Kevin Cubisino to make a career change into car painting. His motto is: do good and talk about it! He himself did not have an easy path. That is why it is important to him that everyone gets a second chance in life. Large companies in particular should give people with health impairments and disabilities the opportunity to find their feet again in everyday life.
Thanks to the successful collaboration between Profil IV Aargau, Kevin Cubisino is now happily and highly motivated in his dream job.

abilia Basel
Abilia is always open to lateral entrants, as motivation plays the main role. The fact that Raquel E. Belliard is already over 50 years old did not hinder her employment. On the contrary, since residents in the Bonifacius residential home are in the third phase of life, it makes sense for the support team to include more than just young employees. Teams with a diverse age range also offer significant potential!

Procap Bern
Profil Arbeit & Inklusion won the Prix Printemps in September 2022 together with Insieme Bern and the Aarhus Foundation.
At the award ceremony, a film was shown featuring Cyrill Scheuber, who found Profil inclusive job at Procap Bern with the support of the Profil Foundation, and his employer Sophie Muralt.

Schulthess Clinic
When Eva Meroni, the managing director of Profil, presented the concept of inclusive job design at a training course, Ramona Urwyler realized that she could and wanted to hire people with health impairments and disabilities at the Schulthess Clinic.
Profil the work processes at the clinic and together they were able to create two new inclusive positions. The two new employees, each with a visual and hearing impairment, have integrated well into the team and inspire others with their motivation and cheerfulness.

Haco AG
After an employee retired from a niche position, Brigitte Nufer, HR manager at Swiss food manufacturer Haco AG, Profil . She asked for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant position and ultimately chose Bernhard Ducrey.
This is undoubtedly a win-win situation for both parties.

Rogenmoser Butchery
Master butcher Christian Rogenmoser hired Martin Fischer as his first employee with health impairments and disabilities. Thanks to Profil support, all questions regarding the IV pension Profil clarified. Martin now works in the business without any additional administrative effort.
Christian Rogenmoser is convinced that much more could be done to integrate people with health impairments and disabilities into the private sector!

University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland
Christoph Minning, Head of Institute and Lecturer at FHNW, had already met Max Wiederkehr* during a professional development course, which made the decision to hire him an easy one.
Nevertheless, the professional support provided by Profil was Profil . The coaching provided by Max Wiederkehr* in particular was a great help.
