Employer Advisory Services
The Project: Employer Consulting
Targeted support for companies in developing an inclusive corporate culture
Diversity and inclusion are current topics for many companies. However, when it comes to employees with health impairments and/or disabilities, there is often a lack of knowledge regarding implementation and how to interact with those affected. Furthermore, employers still have insufficient knowledge about existing support options (such as Disability Insurance, Regional Employment Centres, and cantonal services) and the relevant legal framework.
Profil close this gap and actively support and advise companies on their path to greater inclusion. A practice-oriented concept and useful tools, developed and tested in collaboration with employers, will form the basis for this.
For an Inclusive Workforce
The Project

2023: Development of the concept and tools
2023-2026: Testing and Implementation Phase

- Profil the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Employers receive a concise inclusion concept, useful tools, and expert contacts regarding an inclusive work environment.
- Employers harness the potential of people with impairments and become more diverse. This helps to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
- Profil evaluated instruments such as inclusive job design, tools for measuring performance or the amount of support required, etc.
- Employers benefit from an inclusive work environment, as it positively impacts employee satisfaction.
- People with Disabilities:
- Access to the primary labor market becomes more accessible, leading to increased freedom of choice for people with disabilities.
- More job and training opportunities are created for people with disabilities.

An inclusive work environment can only be achieved through the participation of employers. By specifically supporting companies in developing an inclusive corporate culture, we move closer to this vision.
