SVA Aargau
During our initial meeting, Kevin Cubisino confided in me that his dream job would be to polish cars. However, his disabilities held him back to a certain extent, and he put himself under a lot of pressure with his high expectations. That's why I wanted to offer him more intensive support and assigned the task of finding him a job to the Profil Foundation.
Now, thanks to the tremendous efforts of vocational integration consultant Mariette Casagrande, he has actually found his dream job at the AMAG Porsche Center in Schlieren. On behalf of IV, we were able to support the integration process by commissioning Profil IV daily allowances for Kevin Cubisino and training subsidies for AMAG.
I can Profil wholeheartedly recommend working with Profil !

Human Resources Office, Canton of St. Gallen
As a case manager at the St. Gallen Personnel Office, Daniela Fritschi already had a lot of experience with inclusive workplaces and praises Profil Inclusive Job Design method. This method refocuses on the employer's needs, looks for ways to reduce workload and optimize processes, and, if necessary, creates new niche jobs based on a workplace analysis.
The process is intensive, but rewarding!
Schulthess Clinic
When Profil asked her Profil collaborate on creating inclusive jobs, Martina Bürgi-Hawel immediately realized that the Schulthess Clinic would like to be part of the project.
People, their mobility, and their quality of life are at the heart of the clinic. Inclusion and the idea of giving everyone a chance are therefore very important and Profil perfectly with Profil mission statement.

Social Welfare Office, Canton of Zug
Anita Müller-Rüegg, head of the social welfare office in the canton of Zug, believes that progress in integrating people with health impairments and disabilities is slow. To enable more people with an IV pension who are willing and able to work to enter the primary labor market, the canton of Zug Profil successfully with the Profil Foundation for many years.

Benjamin Walz is a career counselor at IV Aarau and helped Max Wiederkehr* out of a mental slump and back into the job market. He Profil closely with Profil , and together we managed to stabilize Max Wiederkehr*, motivate him, and develop his soft skills to prevent any potential relapses.
