Inclusive Job Designer – Rethinking Workplaces and Harnessing Potential
How can companies structure existing job tasks in a way that creates new opportunities for people with disabilities while also easing the burden on businesses?
Profil’s “Inclusive Job Designer” training program teaches a practical method for rethinking jobs and creating suitable employment opportunities.
Redistributing Tasks, Unlocking Potential
Inclusive Job Design is a method developed in the Netherlands in which work tasks are systematically analyzed, redesigned, and redistributed. For example, tasks that were previously handled on the side by different employees can be regrouped and combined into a suitable job profile.
This creates additional, needs-based job opportunities for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment. At the same time, companies can tailor their work processes more effectively and reduce the workload on qualified employees.
From Method to Practical Implementation
In this training program, participants learn the fundamentals and approach of Inclusive Job Design. They examine work processes, identify opportunities for a new distribution of tasks, and apply what they have learned directly in practice.
A key component is a hands-on project that participants develop and work on during the course. The trainers provide individualized guidance for the practical work and help participants apply the method step by step.
