A big thank you

Congratulations on your retirement and thank you to the Schulthess Clinic

Project at Schulthess Clinic

At 64, working life is (still) coming to an end for women in Switzerland. This is also the case for Ms. Ledermann, who worked for the Schulthess Clinic through our staffing agency.
Despite her hearing impairment, Ms. Ledermann has always been employed. As a trained technical draughtswoman, she worked in various offices, in parcel shipping, and in domestic service. During her last year of employment, she prepared and chopped organic vegetables in the kitchen of the Schulthess Clinic.

We would like to thank Ms. Ledermann for her valuable contribution and the experiences she has given us all. The kitchen crew has familiarized themselves with sign language and, together with Ramona Urwyler, Head of Hospitality, has addressed issues of inclusion. We wish Ms. Ledermann a wonderful start to her retirement and hope that she will continue to enjoy cooking!

Many thanks to the Schulthess Clinic for their valuable cooperation.
