Our 2025 Annual and Financial Report is now available online.

It shows how workplace inclusion is achieved in practice—with insights into our activities, developments, and key metrics from the past year. In 2025, we successfully placed over 400 people in the open labor market.

This year, too, the focus is on personal stories: stories of people who, with Profil’s support, have found their way back into the workforce. They demonstrate what is possible when skills are recognized, opportunities are created, and the right conditions are put in place.

The report also provides insight into our continued development as an organization—from expanding our services to establishing new regional networks and strengthening our commitment to inclusion.
