We are delighted to welcome three new members to our Foundation Board and are pleased to introduce them:

• Barbara Zimmermann-Gerster is a member of the Executive Board and Head of Social Policy and Social Insurance at the Swiss Employers' Association. Her extensive professional experience at the Swiss Insurance Association, Swissmem, and with the federal government both domestically and internationally, along with her involvement on the board of Compasso, qualify her for the role of Foundation Board member.
  
  
• Dr. Brigitte Späth is a qualified administrative scientist with a doctorate in political science. She possesses extensive professional experience in economic and employment promotion through international and bilateral organizations, as well as in working with non-governmental organizations. She is a board member at Pro Infirmis, is personally affected by a disability, and has expertise in professional inclusion.
  
  
• Frédéric Bracher is Chief Operations Officer HR at Swisscom. He has worked for the company for several years and has long championed diversity and the professional integration of employees with disabilities. As a board member of Compasso, he also addresses this topic at a national level.

The three new members were unanimously elected at the last Foundation Board meeting on March 21. We extend a warm welcome to them and look forward to our collaboration.
