The Fondation Profil grown significantly in recent years, particularly in the Northwest Switzerland region under the leadership of Susan Dober. As a result, an organizational change has been implemented. The former Northwest Switzerland region has been divided, giving rise to the new Bern/Fribourg advisory region.

Olivia Perret and Stefanie Käser will jointly head up this new regional office. Both previously Profil as consultants at Profil .

Susan Dober continues to head the consulting team for northwestern Switzerland.
