The myAbility Talent® Program in Switzerland connects students and academics with disabilities or chronic illnesses with renowned companies. It is a career program for entering the workforce with disabilities or chronic illnesses during or after studies in Switzerland. 

Get to know companies with inclusion strategies that prioritize your qualifications, experience, and personality! You will be prepared for this in several steps over the course of a semester. 

Duration:
One semester starting March 6, 2023

Contents: 

• Accessible career coaching with experts
• Safe space for personal stories and experiences
• Networking opportunities with companies and other talents. Participants in 2023 include: CSS, Julius Baer, UBS, AbbVie, CARBAGAS AG / Air Liquide, EY, Novartis, Swiss Life, Roche, Generali
• Application document review
