Launch of our new project: Employer consulting
Diversity and inclusion are hot topics in companies right now. However, when it comes to employees with disabilities, there is often a lack of knowledge about how to implement measures, how to deal with those affected, what support options are available, and what the legal basis is. We want to change that with a new project!
An inclusive working environment can only be achieved with the cooperation of employers. By sharing knowledge and providing targeted support to companies in developing an inclusive corporate culture, we are moving closer to this vision.
The aim of the "Employer Counseling" project is to support and advise companies on their path to greater inclusion. Knowledge transfer, a practice-oriented concept, and useful tools, developed and tested in collaboration with employers, form the basis for this.
