It is often challenging for people with disabilities to integrate into the primary labor market. There are also obstacles to finding inclusive jobs, as there is no legal basis for financing them. The Profil Foundation Profil to find jobs for people receiving disability benefits, provides support in the application process, and helps to find inclusive and niche jobs in the primary labor market.
