For people with disabilities, integrating into the open labor market is often a challenge. There are also obstacles to placing people in inclusive jobs, as there is no legal basis for funding such positions. Fondation Profil to place individuals receiving disability benefits in jobs, provides support during the application process, and helps identify inclusive and niche positions within the open labor market.
