What we do
Profil Work & Inclusion is a foundation for workplace integration and a specialist center for all questions and topics relating to work and disabilities.
We support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment, or finding an apprenticeship in the primary labor market.
We advise employers on all matters relating to the employment of individuals with disabilities, connect them with suitable employees, and guide them through the entire process.
We undertake mandates from social insurers, social services, cantons and municipalities, the Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO), and many private companies.
The specialists at the Profil Foundation have many years of professional experience in workplace integration and work according to the latest methods and standards. They have access to an extensive network.
Our advisory service centres can be found throughout Switzerland.
