• Significance and challenges of employment in the mainstream job market
• Support in the event of job loss

Experts explain how jobs can be created for people with disabilities. Profil many years of experience in placing IV pensioners in inclusive jobs in the primary labor market. These jobs offer alternatives to workshops, promote freedom of choice and inclusion in society, and create prospects for the future.
