Support for Integration Workplaces in the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden 30
Since March 2022, the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden has been supporting integration workplaces in the primary labor market for people with disabilities. Companies that employ individuals receiving a disability pension can receive financial support for the disability-related assistance and adaptation costs.

An integration workplace enables individuals receiving a disability pension to participate in the primary labor market. The goal is sustainable professional integration that considers individual strengths. Employers receive financial contributions to ensure appropriate support and necessary adaptations in daily work.
Profil Support for employees and employers
As a partner of the canton, Profil actively supports Profil receiving disability benefits in their search for a suitable job. At the same time, we carry out workplace assessments for employer contributions on behalf of the canton. In this way, we ensure that both employees and companies receive the best possible support.
