The "Award for Professional Integration" is an opportunity to recognize companies that actively promote the integration of individuals with disabilities into the primary labor market. Together, we aim to highlight businesses that achieve great things every day.

What needs to be done?
Identify suitable employers and nominate them for the award. We are looking for companies that:

• successfully integrate individuals with disabilities into their operations, and/or
• actively engage in vocational training.

The criteria:

• The company must operate within the primary labor market.
• The location is in Eastern Switzerland.
• Willingness to accept the award.

How the nomination works:
Nominations can be submitted in various ways: through specialized organizations or social institutions that collaborate with companies on integration, by the companies themselves, or by third parties. Nominations can be easily submitted via the Award for Professional Integration homepage.
