Botond Dudás, a young man with Asperger syndrome, found his dream job at the Institute of Virology and Immunology (IVI) after overcoming many obstacles. With the support of Profil , he Profil turn his exceptional data analysis skills into a fulfilling job in the laboratory, despite 27 rejections. His story is proof that acceptance and unshakeable belief in oneself can lead to dreams coming true.

Gilbert Neuhaus experienced a similar journey of self-discovery when a stroke and later a herniated disc affected his career at Polytype. Through determination and accepting a partial pension, he found a balanced solution for his health and career. Today, he works as an administrator and runs his own relaxation therapy practice. His story illustrates that seeking balance and embracing new paths can lead to a fulfilling work life.
