i-Learning - Inclusive Online Learning
With i-Learning, employers can provide their employees with simple and practical access to the topic of inclusion. The digital learning resources impart knowledge, raise awareness, and highlight concrete ways in which inclusion can be implemented and put into practice in everyday work life.
Companies and organizations can purchase i-Learning as a training program for their employees, thereby strengthening their ability to foster an inclusive environment within their teams and throughout the organization.
The courses are available online, are flexible, and can be taken from anywhere. Employees can learn independently and at their own pace—regardless of time or location.

- These learning modules are built upon the Moodle Learning Management System. Upon request and subject to compatibility, they can be integrated into your organization's existing LMS.

Yes, you will receive a certificate upon completion. The certificate is awarded after you have successfully completed all basic modules, including the quiz (minimum score of 80 %).
These learning modules are built upon the Moodle Learning Management System. Upon request and subject to compatibility, they can be integrated into your organization's existing LMS.
The learning modules can be accessed via a web browser or through the app (Moodle Workplace).
The online course “Basic Knowledge of Inclusion, Disability, and the Workplace” is intended for employees and other interested individuals:
- Individuals
- HR departments
- SMEs
- Large Companies
- etc.
- A license is valid for 12 months and is nontransferable.
- Up to approximately 50 licenses can be managed directly through Fondation Profil
- For groups of 50 or more users, we recommend setting up a separate environment (tenant) in the LMS of the Fondation Profil
- The course can also be imported into your company's LMS (SCORM)

The online learning modules “Basic Knowledge of Inclusion, Disability, and Work” were developed by the German Institute for Disability Research ( Fondation Profil ) in collaboration with Virtual Office Space. They run on the Virtual Education Space platform.
