Profil Work & Disability is a foundation for workplace integration and its specialist center for all questions and issues relating to work and disabilities.
We support individuals with disabilities in their job search, retaining employment, or finding an apprenticeship in the primary labor market.
We advise employers on all matters concerning the employment of individuals with disabilities, connect them with suitable employees, and guide them through the entire process.
We undertake mandates from social insurers, social services, cantons and municipalities, the BSV, and many private companies.
