What you can expect:

• Issue invoices
• Check for incoming payments
• Manage social media (existing content)
• Scheduling for Tutors
• Scheduling appointments for informational/intake interviews with new clients
• Obtain cost approval from IV
• Order teaching materials

Your profile:

• Important: Reliability
• After the training period, work independently
• Ideally, experience in a business-related field
• Computer skills
• German (spoken and written)
• Enjoying interacting with people
• Mandatory: Disability Pension

What we offer:
Youcan expect a varied range of responsibilities that can be tailored to your skills. We are flexible regarding working hours and workload and are happy to work with you to find solutions that work for everyone. Ideally, you would work 2–3 shifts per week, totaling 4 hours per week. An increase in hours is possible. Your supervisor, who will be responsible for you and serve as your point of contact, already has experience working with people with disabilities. He is happy to invest the necessary time in your training.

Work hours:
2–3 shifts per week, for a total of 4 hours per week
