Profil – Work & Inclusion is a foundation of Pro Infirmis that promotes the sustainable professional integration of people with health limitations or disabilities into the open labor market. The foundation operates throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

For our counseling centers in Chur and Sargans, we are seeking an independent and innovative specialist counselor for employment integration, starting October 1, 2026, or as agreed.

What you can expect:

• You will advise and place individuals with disabilities or health impairments into the primary labor market, utilizing the Supported Employment methodology.
• You will actively recruit employers and advise HR managers and line managers on deployment and employment opportunities for individuals with health impairments.
• You will conduct potential assessments, create skill profiles, and identify individually suitable workplaces for your candidates.
• Through job coaching, you will support employees and their employing companies during the employment period to ensure long-term sustainability.
• You will actively coordinate the integration process with clients, specialist agencies, doctors, and other stakeholders.

Your profile:

• You possess a qualified education and several years of professional experience in social, human resources, and/or consulting fields.
• You have prior experience in vocational integration or job coaching.
• You are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and structured individual with a confident demeanor, persuasive ability, and strong sales and negotiation skills.
• You possess strong social skills when interacting with individuals facing health challenges, often in complex circumstances.
• You are well-networked within the specified region and possess a thorough understanding of local labor markets. You are also motivated to actively expand your professional network.
• You work independently, meticulously, and in a structured manner, and you possess a good sense of humor. Furthermore, you have excellent written communication skills.
• You view sales targets, efficient work practices, and proactive client acquisition as engaging challenges.
• You are flexible and willing to travel within the region.
