Profil – Work & Inclusion is a foundation of Pro Infirmis that promotes the sustainable integration of people with health limitations or disabilities into the open labor market. The foundation operates throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

We are looking for an independent and innovative specialist consultant in work integration for our counseling centers in Düdingen and Bern,on a contract basis.

What you can expect:

• You advise, support, and place people with disabilities or health limitations in the general labor market using the supported employment and supported education approaches. To do this, you conduct potential assessments and create skill profiles, and you search for jobs or apprenticeships that are suitable for each individual.
• They actively engage with employers and advise HR managers and line managers both before and during the employment or training of our candidates.
• They coordinate the integration process with funding bodies, doctors, family members, and other relevant parties.
• They establish a robust network with clients and collaborate with social workers from Pro Infirmis and other specialist disability organizations.

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a similar field, or possess a recognized coaching qualification.
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the social services or counseling field, as well as experience working with young people during your vocational training or college studies.
• You are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and resilient individual with a confident demeanor, strong persuasive abilities, and negotiation skills. You enjoy working independently, meticulously, and in a structured manner, and possess a good sense of humor.
• You have strong interpersonal skills when interacting with people with health challenges in often complex situations. Ideally, you have specific knowledge of neurodivergence.
• You have a strong network in the canton of Fribourg and have gained a good understanding of the regional job market. You enjoy actively reaching out to employers and building client relationships, and you are motivated to expand your network.
• You are a German speaker and have a good command of French.
