Profil Arbeit & Inklusion is a foundation run by Pro Infirmis that promotes the sustainable professional integration of people with disabilities and/or health restrictions into the general labor market. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland.

To expand our self-organized team in Zurich, we are looking for a Work Inclusion Consultant / Job Coach (80-100%) to start in July.

What you can expect:

• They advise and place people with disabilities or health restrictions in the primary labor market using the Supported Employment/Supported Education methodology.
• You will actively recruit employers and advise HR managers and line managers on deployment and employment opportunities for individuals with health impairments.
• You will conduct potential assessments, create skill profiles, and identify individually suitable workplaces for your candidates.
• In job coaching, you support employees and companies during the employment period (including long-term).
• You will actively coordinate the integration process with clients, specialist agencies, doctors, and other stakeholders.
• You are part of the "Self-Organized Team" pilot project and are happy to take on corresponding sub-management tasks with personal responsibility and motivation.
• A flair for numbers also gives you the opportunity to take on responsibility in the area of budgeting/controlling.

Your profile:

• You have a relevant qualification and several years of professional experience in the social, human resources, and/or consulting field, and you have experience in workplace integration.
• You are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and resilient person with a confident manner, persuasiveness, and negotiating skills. You enjoy working independently, are meticulous and structured, and have a healthy sense of humor. You also have good written communication skills.
• You have strong social skills when dealing with people with disabilities or health restrictions in complex situations. You also enjoy working with people of different skill levels and age groups.
• You have a network in the canton of Zurich and have acquired a good knowledge of the regional job market. You enjoy actively approaching employers and building customer relationships.
